Hi, my name is Rick. I am the owner and personal trainer, along side my wife, Here at RiJu health & Fitness. I have over 14 years of training experience and I have been personal training for the last 7 years. My personal belief is that regular exercise and being healthy should be part of everybody's lifestyle in order to get the most out of life. We were blessed with a body that is designed to move, it is the most important tool we have and so keeping it healthy and in good working order should be at the top of our list.
The workouts I design for my clients are tailored to their specific health and fitness goals and abilities. Every workout is different to the last, as I want my clients to remain engaged and interested, not become bored of periodised programs and repeat workouts! I also provide home workouts, gym workouts, stretch programs and nutrition advice.
I blend weight training, core strength and cardiovascular development into each and every workout so that my clients get the most out of every training session!

1-2-1 Personal training
1-2-1 personal training sessions are 1 hour in length and are completely based on the clients specific heath and fitness goals. In the session, we will cover all aspects of fitness, from flexibility to strength, core and cardio.
Sessions are booked at the best possible time for the client, anywhere from 5am to 8pm! clients can book individual sessions or block book sessions to suit with discounts included! if your interested in 1-2-1 PT head over to the prices page for info.

2-2-1 Personal training
2-2-1 personal training sessions are designed so two individuals can train together! split the cost of the session between you and still get the benefits of personalised training sessions! push each other, challenge each other and get fitter together!

Mini group workouts
Wether its you and your friends or your family members, why not all get fitter and stronger together! with a maximum of 6 members in a session, you'll experience all the fun and challenge of a group workout but with people you know and are comfortable around. Sessions will test your own ability, test your team work skills and push you harder in your training! The cost is a set price, split between all members per session! affordable fitness is here!

Private Gym
Ever wanted the gym to yourself? well here you can have it! all you need to do is book a time slot on your chosen day and its yours! You'll have exclusive access to all of the equipment within the gym, ranging from dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cable machines, rower, skier, air bike, treadmill, battle ropes, medicine balls, Swiss balls, power sled, boxing area, olympic rings and much more!! so with all that at your disposal, what are you waiting for!? The gym is always cleaned and sanitised after every client, has coded access so no one can interrupt your workout and can be booked for as long as you like.
